FAMILY STYLE LUAU AND ENTERTAINMENT As dusk settles over the “Garden Island” of Kauai, the torches are lit, the night is filled with music, and ohana (family in Hawaiian) members gather to bring you a casual, relaxing and romantic dining experience. It starts off by welcoming you with a shell lei. Then your off to watch the Imu Ceremony- the unearthing of the traditional pig, cooked to perfection in an underground oven. Following a scrumptious luau feast, which includes an open bar serving cool drinks throughout the evening, sit back, relax, and witness Kauai’s most spectacular theatre right before your eyes! The performance provides a magical tour, with songs and dances capturing the legend and lore of Kauai.
Full Luau Buffet Includes: Steamed Kalua Pig, Polynesian Chicken, Sautéed Mahi Mahi, Beef Teriyaki, Baked Taro, Sweet Potatoes, Poi, Fried Rice, Potato/Macaroni Salad, Lomi Lomi Salmon, Tropical Fruit Salad, Namasu, Hanapepe Bean Sprouts, Garden Isle Greens, Rice Pudding, Haupia (Coconut Pudding), Coconut Cake, Pineapple Ruby and Fresh Fruit. Open Bar throughout the show serving standard drinks, beer, wine, soda, and fruit punch from the opening of the gates until the end of the show. Seating begins at 5:30 p.m. |
